Rev. (Dr.) Simon Li
李勢衡牧師 (博士)

Born in Hong Kong.  Originally trained as a concert pianist, he received his MA and Diploma in Professional Studies from the Mannes College of Music in 1999, winning international competitions and performing around the world.  Also in 1999, he was called by God to serve Him for the rest of his life.

  • From 2001 to 2008, he served as the youth and music instructor of “Great Commission Bible Church.”
  • From 2006 to 2014, he was an adjunct professor at Nyack University.
  • Received Doctor of Worship Studies from Robert E. Webber Institute in 2014
  • From 2014 to 2017, he served as the music ministry director of CCGN (Community Church of Great Neck).
  • Ordained as a pastor by the OCMA (Oversea Chinese Mission Association) in 2020
  • 2019-2023 Lead Pastor of Boon Church in Flushing, New York

出生於香港。他最初接受的訓練是一名音樂會鋼琴家，1999 年獲得音樂學院 (Mannes College of Music) 碩士及專業研究文憑，曾贏得國際比賽並在世界各地演出。也在 1999 年，他被上帝呼召在自己的餘生中服侍祂。

  • 2001 – 2008 年間任「大使命聖經教會」的青少年及音樂導師
  • 2006 – 2014 年間為乃役大學 (Nyack University) 兼任教授
  • 2014 年於 Robert E. Webber Institute 崇拜研究學院獲得崇拜教牧博士學位 (Doctor of Worship Studies)
  • 2014 – 2017 年任長恩堂的音樂事工主任
  • 2020 年由中宣聯會按立為牧師
  • 2019-2023 為播恩堂駐堂牧師 (Lead Pastor)
