After graduating from college in 1979, Pastor Tingson served full-time at the Philippine Youth Gospel Society for two years.
In 1984, he graduated with a master’s degree in Bible from the Overseas Theological Seminary in Hong Kong. He has served in the Philippines, Hong Kong, Taipei and Wisconsin.
In 2017, Pastor Tingson graduated from California LOGOS Evangelical Seminary with a doctorate in theology.
He served as the senior pastor in OCM (Oversea Chinese Mission) in New York Chinatown, until March of 2024.
